Track every set Progress every week Guess nothing

Most trackers record what you did. SetLift plans what's next — percentage-based progression, scheduled deloads, no spreadsheet. From your first session to your heaviest.

One email at launch. Nothing else, ever.

Track every set
Sub-second logging, even with no signal
Progress every week
PRs, volume and est. 1RM charted per lift
Guess nothing
Next session already written
The SetLift home screen, showing this week's workout count, a training streak, muscle-group focus, and the day's scheduled session.

From walking in to knowing your next lift.

No spreadsheet, no percentage math, no scrolling back through six weeks of notes.

1

Day one

Start a single routine, pick a multi-week program, or just describe what you want and let AI build it around your goals, your equipment, and any injuries — then edit anything you like.

2

Every session

Every set pre-filled with last time's numbers. Adjust, tap, and the rest timer runs itself — even if you leave the app.

3

Every week after

Weights advance off what you actually lifted, with deloads already scheduled. You never do the math.

Built around the lift, not the feed.

Everything here exists to make the next set better than the last one.

Fast logging

Tap a set and get last session's weight and reps already filled in. Adjust it or type over it. The rest timer starts on its own and keeps running when you leave the app. Finish a workout with no signal — it syncs when you're back.

Progress that's real

Estimated 1RM, total volume, and weekly sets per muscle group, charted over time. Personal records come from what you actually lifted, not what you meant to — no vanity dashboards, no wall of numbers to interpret yourself.

Programs, not guesswork

Start from a template, build your own, or let AI generate one around your goals, your equipment, and the injuries you're working around — everything it writes stays yours to edit. Next week is prescribed off the weights you logged — percentage-based progression with deload weeks scheduled in, so you're not recalculating in the squat rack.

Train with people

Share a program with a training partner or a group, post a finished workout to the feed, and talk it over in the comments. There's a coach view for anyone who wants one — and a group only ever sees what you choose to put in it.

The progression engine

Next week is already written before you walk in.

Your program reads what you logged this week and prescribes the next one — the weights, the sets, the deload when it's due. Not a notebook you have to interpret between sets.

Percentage-based progression from the weights you actually logged
Deload weeks scheduled into the block, not bolted on
Weekly set volume tracked per muscle group
The SetLift progress screen, with the bench press personal record expanded into a rising estimated one-rep-max chart.

Groups

Training partners, not an audience.

Groups are small and closed. Share the program you're running, see whether they actually did Friday's session, and settle it in the comments. No follower counts, no discover tab, no strangers.

Invite-only, nothing public by default
Share a program or routine in one tap
React and comment on your friends' workouts
A coach view for anyone who wants one
A SetLift group feed, showing posts from other members with comments and reactions.

Progress you can actually see.

Weekly volume, muscle balance, and bodyweight against your goal — pulled from your logs and charted for you. Tap any day to see the session behind it.

A weekly volume trend chart with one day selected, opening a breakdown of that session: the workout name, total pounds lifted, set count, and the personal records hit that day.

A volume-by-muscle-group chart, with horizontal bars comparing glutes, quads, chest, shoulders and other muscle groups over 30 days.

Form demos

Not sure what the lift looks like?

Every exercise has a looping demo showing the actual movement — setup, path, and lockout — so you are not guessing from a name and a muscle diagram.

Swap an exercise you can't do and the program keeps its structure — the prescription follows the swap rather than breaking.
